DID BRITISH RULE IN PALESTINE DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD?

This seminar will discuss the issues raised in The Promise and the consequences of The Balfour Declaration.

Our guests will be Karl Sabbagh and Geoffrey Lewis.

Karl Sabbagh is the author of PALESTINE - A personal history.
He is a writer, journalist and television producer and has written for the Sunday Times, the Guardian, Sunday Telegraph and New Scientist. His other books include A Rum Affair, Power into Art and Dr. Riemann's Zeros.

Geoffrey Lewis is the author of BALFOUR AND WEIZMANN - The Zionist, the Zealot and the emergence of Israel.
Perhaps because he is a lawyer, as well the above he has published books on the lives of Lord Atkin, Lord Hailsham and Edward Carson, the man most responsible for the division of Ireland in 1921.

The seminar will run from 10.30 to 1.30. Tickets £10 (concessions £8).
